How does DracoCam billing work?
DracoCam is part of the CondorBox platform. To use DracoCam you need an active CondorBox membership. Once you are a member:
- You can connect cameras and start recording immediately
- Recording storage and playback egress are metered in Condor credits
- Your membership includes a monthly credit grant used for storage and egress

How many cameras can I connect?
DracoCam is usage-based — there is no fixed camera count limit. You can connect as many cameras as you need. Recording storage and playback egress consume Condor credits from your monthly membership allowance.
Is there a free trial?
DracoCam access comes with your CondorBox membership. Visit condorbox.ai/credits to explore current membership options.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No setup fees. Usage (recording storage and playback egress) is metered transparently in Condor credits. Your membership includes a monthly credit grant; usage beyond the grant draws from your credit balance. There are no hidden activation fees.

What payment methods do you accept?
Billing and payments are handled securely through your CondorBox account. CondorBox accepts major credit and debit cards via industry-standard payment processing, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and international cards with 3D Secure.
When will I be charged?
Membership billing is managed through your CondorBox account on your CondorBox billing cycle. See your CondorBox account for your exact billing date.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Billing and payment data are managed entirely by CondorBox, which uses industry-standard, PCI-compliant payment processing. DracoCam does not store your payment card information.
Can I update my payment method?
Yes. Update your payment method through your CondorBox account at condorbox.ai/credits.
🔄 Managing Your Membership
How do I manage my CondorBox membership?
Your DracoCam access is tied to your CondorBox membership. You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your membership at any time through your CondorBox account:
- Visit condorbox.ai/credits to view your membership status and credit balance
- Membership changes take effect according to your CondorBox billing terms
- There are no fixed camera count limits — usage is metered in Condor credits
What happens if I run out of Condor credits?
If your Condor credit balance is exhausted:
- New recordings may pause until credits are replenished
- Existing recordings are preserved and remain accessible
- Top up: You can add credits or review your balance at condorbox.ai/credits
Note: Your live remaining credit balance is managed at CondorBox. DracoCam does not display a real-time credit balance — visit CondorBox to see current usage.
Can I pause my membership?
Membership pause options are managed through CondorBox. You can cancel at any time via condorbox.ai/credits and resubscribe when you're ready. See "What happens to my recordings when I cancel?" below for details on the grace period.
What happens to my recordings when I cancel?
30-Day Grace Period: After your CondorBox membership ends, we provide a 30-day grace period during which all your recordings are preserved. This gives you time to:
- Download any important recordings
- Reconsider and reactivate your CondorBox membership without losing data
- Transfer your footage if needed
Email Reminders: We'll send you reminders at:
- Day 7: First reminder (23 days remaining)
- Day 15: Halfway reminder (15 days remaining)
- Day 29: Final warning (1 day remaining)
Important: After 30 days, all recordings are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We encourage you to reactivate your CondorBox membership within the grace period to keep your valuable security footage.
❌ Cancellation & Refunds
How do I cancel my membership?
You can manage or cancel your CondorBox membership at any time:
- Visit condorbox.ai/credits
- Go to your membership settings
- Follow the cancellation steps in your CondorBox account
Your DracoCam access remains active until the end of your current membership period.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel:
- You keep full access until the end of your current billing period
- No future charges will occur
- After your billing period ends, a 30-day grace period begins
- During the grace period, all your recordings are preserved
- We'll send you email reminders at days 7, 15, and 29
- After 30 days, all recordings are permanently deleted
- You can reactivate your membership anytime within the grace period to keep your data
Do you offer refunds?
Refund and cancellation terms are governed by your CondorBox membership. Visit condorbox.ai/support to review current refund terms or initiate a refund request. See our Refund Policy for DracoCam-specific details.

How do I view my billing history?
Your billing history, invoices, and credit usage are all available in your CondorBox account at condorbox.ai/credits. DracoCam links to your CondorBox account for full billing details.
How are credit billing cycles managed?
Condor credits are granted monthly as part of your CondorBox membership. Credit billing cycles and any additional credit purchases are managed through your CondorBox account, giving you full visibility and control.
Can I get a receipt for my payments?
Yes. Receipts are managed by CondorBox and are accessible from your CondorBox account at condorbox.ai/credits.
What happens if my payment fails?
Payment retries and notifications are handled by CondorBox. If payment ultimately fails, your CondorBox membership may be suspended. Contact CondorBox support via condorbox.ai/credits to resolve billing issues and restore your DracoCam access.
