Because DracoCam access is bundled with your CondorBox membership, all refund and cancellation rights are governed by CondorBox's terms. To request a refund or cancel your membership:

- Follow the cancellation or refund steps in your CondorBox account
DracoCam access remains active until the end of your current CondorBox membership period. A 30-day grace period preserves your recordings after your membership ends.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using DracoCam, contact our support team. In cases of extended service outages caused by DracoCam, we may offer service credits at our discretion.
4. Changes to This Policy
